General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern your use of Mr Fortune. They explain the relationship between you and us, your obligations when using the site, and how we operate key features such as bonuses, payments and dispute handling. By registering or using our services you accept these terms and any updates published on the site.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Only one account is permitted per person, household, device or IP address. You must not share access credentials or permit others to use your account. We may suspend or close accounts where fraud, abuse or a breach of these terms is suspected. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
Eligibility requirements
To register and play you must meet our eligibility rules, including the minimum age requirement of 18 and any other local legal restrictions. We may refuse registration or close accounts from restricted territories. We require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when we reasonably consider it necessary for security or anti‑fraud checks. Refusal to provide acceptable verification may result in account restrictions.
Acceptable platform use
You must use the site lawfully and fairly. Prohibited activity includes attempt to manipulate game outcomes, collude with other players, exploit bonuses in breach of their terms, make chargebacks without good cause or otherwise act in a way that harms the platform. We reserve the right to void bets, withhold winnings or close accounts where prohibited behaviour is detected.
General bonus and promotion rules

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are generally processed immediately, while withdrawals are subject to verification checks and may take several business days to complete. We will not process withdrawals until KYC checks are complete. Any fees applied by banks or payment providers are outside our control.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We aim to respond promptly and investigate disputes fairly. Mr Fortune is operated under a licence issued by the Malta Gaming Authority; if a complaint cannot be resolved with us you may refer the matter to the licensing authority in line with their published procedures.
